Identify the chemicals necessity having as main goal the process optimization, equipment maintenance as well the aspects regarding to the chemical agents safe handling.

Specific Objectives:

At the end of training the trainees will be able:

• To comprehend the function of the chemical agents as well how it works to help on the production improvement;
• To understand the risks and dangers associated to the chemical and how to eliminate/mitigate them;
• To comprehend how bacterias proliferate, its consequences to the process in a short and long term and what to do to avoid/minimize it;
• Hazards identification.
